We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal Payments.
All prices shown include 10% GST.

Our shipping provider is Australia Post Registered Parcel Service for both nation wide and international delivery.
For your protection all orders can be shipped to a verifiable street address or registered PO Box, and must be signed for. If no one is at the specified address at time of delivery your purchase will be returned to your local Post Office and a notice will be left in your letter box for you to collect at your convenience.

Orders will usually ship within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been processed & cleared. If you need your goods urgently please contact us using the form on this site or by sending us an email.

Australia

* From 3 to 12 working days.

International

* Up to 4 weeks for Economy Air Mail
* Up to 10 days for Air Mail.

If you are overseas and want to order for yourself please do not add any freight details in the shopping cart. International freight will be determined on a case by case basis and will be discussed with you via e-mail before final payment processing is made. If you want to purchase an item for friends and relatives in Australia then this is not a problem, just enter your address as your 'billing address' and enter a separate delivery address. We will not send an invoice with the goods in this case.

NAPPY FREE SATISFACTION & RETURNS POLICY

At Nappy Free, your complete shopping satisfaction is our #1 priority! All our items are checked carefully before shipping to make sure they are free from damage or defect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. All the item(s) need to be in their original condition and packaging, not worn, marked or altered in any way.
We do not refund items returned due to incorrect choice, however returned items can be exchanged for other products.

Delivery and handling charges on exchanged items are not refundable for incorrect choice.

Nappy Free replaces any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Under these circumstances, Nappy Free will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained by email at moorepictures2@gmail.com.
